Discounts may be available for early bird registration (starting 1st April 2024 until 15th September 2024), students, members of the organizing associations, low-income countries and postgraduate students. Check the registration section for details.

You would need to submit an abstract before the deadline and wait for it to be reviewed and accepted. Details on how to submit and the format required can be found in the 'Guide for Submission' section.
Attendees may need to apply for a visa depending on the host country's immigration rules. It is often recommended to apply well in advance of the travel date. The congress organizers might provide a letter of invitation upon request to support your visa application.

Our refund policy for congress registrations is as follows:
- Cancellations received before 15 September 2024 are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid, less a 20% processing fee.
- Cancellations received between 16 September to 18 October 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
- Cancellations received between 19 October 2024 to the conference start date are not eligible for a refund.

Yes, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting the conference secretariat in writing prior to the start of the conference. There may be a small transfer fee depending on the timing of the transfer request.
