*Important notes:
1. On-site registration will NOT BE AVAILABLE during the congress. All registrations must be completed exclusively online before the closing date on 18 October 2024.
2. Invitation letters or supporting letters will only be issued upon request. All participants and speakers who need an invitation letter, please contact the conference organizers at
Refund Policy
Our refund policy for congress registrations is as follows:
- Cancellations received before 15 September 2024 are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid, less a 20% processing fee.
- Cancellations received between 16 September to 18 October 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
- Cancellations received between 19 October 2024 to the conference start date are not eligible for a refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at
Registration Transferability
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting the congress secretariat in writing prior to the start of the congress. There may be a small transfer fee depending on the timing of the transfer request.
